Women’s Health Initiative

In 1996, MCVI founded the first women's health conference in the region - the Women's Health Initiative (WHI). The MCVI Foundation continues the tradition of providing community health education specifically for women through the one-day conference filled with humor and fellowship.

Designed by women, for women, WHI encourages women to take time to care for themselves and to hear the messages our bodies send to us.

Save the date for the 18th Annual Women's Health Initiative conference on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Horizons Conference Center. (5.0 nursing education contact hours are available.*) To learn more, contact us or download this year's conference agenda.  Access online registration here!

* St. Mary's of Michigan (OH-328, 1-1-14) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
